Located on North Carolina's Crystal Coast, The Ocean Club's 19 buildings are located on 7 beautifully landscaped acres, with access to Bogue Sound and the Atlantic Ocean.
Amenities include a furnished clubhouse, fitness center, two pools, two hot tubs, kiddie pool, elevators, common grilling areas, and soundside pier.
Our Community
Our property is governed by a dedicated team of HOA Board members and managed by professional property managers.
Owners are a mix of full-time residents, part-time residents and owners who rent their units through local agencies or owner-managed sites.

Pool
This pool is heated and closed during January & February. Hot tub remains open year-round.

This pool is not heated and opens April until October. Hot tub remains open year-round.

Enjoy fishing, swimming and kayaking or just take in the beautiful calm waters and Bogue Sound sunsets.
Pristine
Beach
Our south-facing beach provides plenty of space for families and pets to enjoy their time together. Dunes were refurbished in 2019, helping to protect our property from storms.
Clubhouse
Newly furnished in 2020, the Clubhouse provides a comfortable gathering space and includes separate rooms for card-playing, quiet reading, teen games, and toddler play area.
Elevators
& Parking
Our elevators enable everyone to access all three floors of our buildings.
Each building is comprised of 12 units, with parking on a first-come first-served basis.
